Get your message down to one concise, obsessively single-minded point.
Then decide where your target is most receptive to that point—whether it's with a tweet, a t-shirt, or, dare we say it, a TV commercial—and execute with speed, agility, and precision.
Most important, make sure your customer really feels it for more than a fleeting moment.
Which is why—beyond our founding partners' initials—we've been inspired to name ourselves after that tiny, put-your-eye-out-if-you're-not-careful projectile orb. (And that's the extent to which we'll strain the extended metaphor.)
